Hi- I Woke Up The Morning After Thanksgiving With Severe

hi- i woke up the morning after thanksgiving with severe stomach pain, had a few loose stools all day, was nauseated, and belching a little. anything i drank or ate- and it was just water and chicken broth- caused significant pain. the pain lingers but gets worse from time to time. have only had gatorade and a banana today. belly is hard and i have pain still and my upper right back hurts (although i did take a slight tumble on thanksgiving which could be the cause of that). i had pancreatitis due to suspected gallstone 9 years ago and am worried this is another bout. how long should i wait to see if symptoms resolve before going to doctor. it has been 36 hours since onset. thanks, C
