hi I am a 45 year old man that is in some pretty good pain ive had pulled muscle's in my back but nothing like this I cant tell if its muscle or pinch nerve or what ive been down for about a month now I wreck a for wheeler back when I was 20 the small little clinic I went too said didn't brake nothing but I landed on my right shoulder so anyway over the years it would bother me a bit feel a little pain from the inside of my right shoulder to my neck sometimes hurt couple hours sometimes days pain is all out though my right side even up and around my underarm and in my right chest and my right arm is going numb and feels like it's felling up with blood at my trycipe down to wrist anytime I move it'slike being stab with a 3 inch knife in between my shoulder and spin and the cartlige from my cheast my shoulder makes popping noise's and rubbing againt's things
