hi I am male suffering from bipolar disorder and severe anxiety... recently I had my third child and we had major complications... he was born premature and then had rsv pneumonia and a mersa infection he got at the hospital... he was born November 26th of last year... he was so sick he was on ECMO life support... thankfully after 48 days in the picu of Motts children's hospital in Ann arbor Michigan he survived... he is doing much better now but all this stress has made my swings of manic and depression much worse... I have tried to get into a PhD psychiatrist to help process my thoughts but where we live I was told they are booked until 2017... we live near Marquette Michigan in the upper Michigan part of Michigan eight hours north of Detroit.... I have medications but since this has happened I am really having a hard time getting ahold of my anxiety my meds help but do not want to be on them for ever and maybe I could have stronger certain ones and get rid of others I am looking for a solution if you have any advise I could really use it... I put on a front like everything is ok for the most part but the longer I do this the more back up of anger it feels like I am getting.
