hi! I ate some fish a few days ago accidentally got a fish bone stuck deep into my gum ( between tooth and gum - outer gum of my very back, bottom tooth). I tried to pick it out with a toothpick but it broke off and now I have no way of getting it out. An ulcer-like swelling has occurred and I am not sure how to proceed. I am currently in Madagascar on a work project and have no access to dental practitioners. I have an anti septic mouth wash, but Thanks thats about it... Thanks in advance for your help!
