Hi I Had Gastric Bypass W With A Upper Hernia

hi I had gastric bypass w with a upper Hernia removed at same time in Oct of last year I started using meth about 2months out what damage have I done?also I within last month noticed a major change in bowels. had no prob going after surgery but last month would go then 2-3days go by then a wks to where was almost 2wks in between, I noticed s knot on upper right side and thought many onset of block so took 1stool ! soft net that morning- nothing, took another that nite nothing next morning took 2 spend next 2hrs in bathroom but I noticed during this process my cheeks on face felt swollen after done the knit was gone but I was really sore on that side by evening noticed swelling is this normal if that backed backed up to make a large deposit Nd feelsore?
