Hi, I Have A Bruise Around 5m Wide And Red

hi, I have a bruise around 5m wide and red in apperance on the inside of my upper line, and inside my mouth on my upper- gumline. I think i was brushing my teeth eradically while rushing and hurt myself and dont know what I can do to soothe the pain from the blister/bruise? I would appreciate your help.

Male, 22, 5"10, 180 lbs, no diabetes, heart condition or family history. in the past ive had cancer sores but this does not feel nor look like one.
