Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hi, I have had a mortons neuroma removed from my left foot. however the pain is significantly worse now and there are no more signs of another growth after an ultra sound. The pain has now increased to a burning and itching sensation when I exercise and the veins bulge out of the top of my feet and feel like they are on fire. I cannot wear shoes at all. Every pair I buy sets of the pain, I can only wear flip flops. At night the pain is a throbbing pain and even a sheet sets it off. I also had a massive shooting pain from my foot travelling up my leg which bought me to the floor in agony. The doctor I have been seeing says there is nothing more they can advise as the growth showed to be a neuroma which has been removed. Any ideas what it can be? I have had it progressing since the age of 19 and I am now nearly forty and am in pain every minute of every day.
