hi. I have had a red STRIP around the front of my neck for several years. no one knows why. I have dizziness quite often and was wondering if I should have a doctor check my carotid artery? I know that my physician used to listen to the artery with my checkups , however a friend of mind just found out his was 80% blocked, and they only realized it when they did a sonogram of the neck
