Hi I Have Suffered From Hemiplegic Migraine Since Last October,

hi I have suffered from hemiplegic migraine since last October, with left sided paralysis. I have no movement in my left arm or hand or fingers. I have only a sensation in my left side. Same with my leg. I got an injection into the back of my neck in June of amnestic and steroid which changed the feeling to stinging nettles. But it also opened the pain barrier to my head. since then the pain going from the back of my head to the side and front of my head on the left side is unbearable. It is constant and it intensifies even when im sitting down doing nothing. I also loose balance have slurred speech blurred vision or loose vision altogether and a lot of confusion when I have an episode. My question is what can I do to stop this.
