hi, I have swollen uvula since 2 days ago right after my cold was going to be treated and I felt good and I slept and when woke up I had swollen uvula. I visit a doctor and she describe me, cefixime ( 1 pill every 12 hours ) and ibuprofen ( same as previous one ) and it is been 3 days I take my pills ( now 4 cefixime and 4 ibuprofen ) bumps on uvula is gone and it looks better but it is still long and annoying. I didnt have cough but after taking these pills my cough has been increased. how long should I wait for it to be treated complete? or is doctor's prescribe good enough. I am little nervous. I thought It must have gone in 1 or 2 days but it is not so. should I stop taking these pills?
please help me.
