hi I'm a 29 year old female have had light pink spotting for 20 days now which started a week and a half before my period was due...around the date it was due I had period pains and bleeding got heavier but not as heavy as it usually is...The bleeding faded to brown as my period would have been due to finish however I still have the light pink spotting even days after my period would have ended.no clots at all.however I'm noticing an amonia smell to it the last few days.im on an iud aswell.this is very abnormal for me as I have never had this happen I'm usually like clok work.what are the possibilities it could be?
