Hi! My Name Is Precy And I Was Diagnosed Recently

hi! My name is Precy and i was diagnosed recently with HEPATOMEGALY with fatty infiltration grade I-II. My sonogram says that the liver is enlarged with craniocaudal lenght of 17.4 cm. It has smooth borders. there is diffuse increase in parenchymal reflectivity with mild to moderate impairment in the visualization of the walls of the hepatic vessels as well as the posterior portion of the liver and diaphragm. No solid nor fluid-fillled mass seen. The intrahepatic ducts and extraheaptic ducts are not dilated. The common bile duct is normal in caliber at 0.3 cm. I am 28 years old and weight 180lbs. I am 8 weeks pregnant. What does it means and what can i do to reverse it? what food do i have to avoid and what medicine should i take taking in consideration my pregnancy. thanks in advance.
