Hi My Son Is 15 And Has An Ear Infection.

hi My son is 15 and has an ear infection. he is on amoxicillin now, just started taking it today. He did throw up after taking the pill. the pharmacist told me that he should take one pill every 8 hours. the dose is 250gm. Should he eat something before taking the pill? And is dairy ok? can he also take ibuprofen or Tylenol with the amoxicillin?
