Hi Doc After I Wiped From Bowel Movement I Noticed

hi doc after i wiped from bowel movement i noticed small red spots size of a small seed that was light reddish. i didnt know if it was blood or red stuff from the food i ate yesterday. so i waited to see what color it would turn if it dried, it turned light reddish/light orange. would that be blood? if it was blood it would turn reddish/brownish correct?
