Hi Doctor , I Got Detected By Hepatitis A Virus

hi doctor ,

I got detected by hepatitis A virus causing jaundice it was diagnosed on 3rd august, my current AHT and ALT levels have come down to 588 and 160 respectively from 1700, but i still have bile pigments in my urine, i have been advised by my doctor that i have to be on carb and liquid diet for 15 more days,wanted to know the complete recovery period and when can i start doing exercise from running to others.
