Hi Doctor, Last Fri I Got An Kind Of Attack..

Last fri i got an kind of attack.. the pain started from chest and it went through left arm, shoulder and back.. i was unconcious for 10-15 mins. when i got concious my jaws were paining..
My doc prescribed tyrptomer 10 mg lanol er and reciper d.
am still getting mild pain in left arm which is striking through chest.
please tell what are the use of the medicines prescribed
