hi doctor lately my face burning, but there is no red flashes or patch on my face. this burning sensation happen even on a normal environment (under air-conditioner/ Hot sun). Excessive burning is on the philtrum above the upper lip and on my cheek. i also experience tingling on my nose as if there is a little worm roaming underneath my skin. im not sure whether facial burning and tingling is related.
