hi dr I'm a 32 year old lady previous stroke tia cholesterol treatment taking lipitor and ecotrin mri done present patchy ethmoid and Base of frontal sinus opacification what can one expect on treatment is medically treated or it needs an ENT surgery I'm permanently dizzy n there is no other abnormal findings on the brain scan does it mean I have to live with this headache or what cn be suggested
