hi, eversince i got circumsized I've had like 3tiny spots clustered like one big blister always appearing on the exact same place after a period of about 3months (but This time around i had stayed close to 10months ). these are very uncomfortable especially when walking and because of the friction, they end up getting sort of like peeled and the inner red Skin shows n it gets painful a little when walking. the urine feels like it's very hot and there's a bump that appears on my left side between testicle and thigh

My question is, what is this that is bothering me ?

I've been treated for STIs before, on and even after the problem and yes I do have unprotected sex
