hi. i feel down a man hole cover on saturday and landed on my side. everytime i take a deep breath, cough or sneeze it hurts. i struggle to get out off bed in the morning or get up when i lay down. when it happend it knocked the wind out of me and made me sick, i have slight bruising on the side. when i apply little presure on my chest the pain is painfull. is there a chance it is jst bruised and not cracked or would it best seeing a doctor for a face to face
