General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ma'am and welcome.

I cannot be sure but your symptoms relate to possible acid reflux (a condition called gastroesophageal reflux disease), which is why I recommend you visit your doctor or if possible schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist.

In the meantime, please avoid alcohol, smoking, spicy food, fatty and oily food, drink plenty of water and avoid eating heavy meals.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
