Hi Im From Nepal N I Have A Problem Above

hi im from nepal n i have a problem above my preauricular region,i get swelling n its too painful sometymz i even cant wideky open my mouth,my mum told when i was 5 i use to dat i have ear pain but on investigations doctors found nthg late around 11-12 yrs i again got same prob,first i thought it must b a problem related with parotid gland but on USG it showed hematoma n on FNAC blood was seen,i specially get dis problem in winters i searched alot on online but found nthg abt dis can dis b some conginital abnormal vascular bleeding or sumthg else,i take analgesics but still my pain dnt subsides,help me to know about my problem,thank you
