hi. last night my boyfriend was sucking and biting on my nipples and now they look bruised and burn whenever I move/there is friction. I also took off my bra today to find a weird dried up gooey thing on my nipples. I tried to feel it or take it off but any contact with my nipple burns. please help, I am very worried. are there any precautions I should be taking? how long will this take to heal? are there any creams I could apply to ease the pain/quicken the healing process?
