Hi, My Son Has A Diagnosis Of ADHD, He Currently

hi,
my son has a diagnosis of ADHD, he currently takes 40mg equsym daily.
he is underweight, has also had clear liquid and blood in his stool its not a daily thing but happens at least twice a week. he started recently to feel faint and light headed and his bones seem to be weak he has fractured two bones in his finger on two separate occasions, just playing basketball and messing around with friends.
my mum died of cancer lung which had spread to several parts of her body.
my sons paternal grandmother died of acute myeloid leukaemia. I'm really concerned for my sons health and i can't help but think the worst he has seen gps on many occasions but have said his lack of appetite taking meds is the reason for his weight loss but i don't agree. what else can i do I'm very worried
