hi, someone please help me. its been a year since i started doing home exercises. ive trimmed down my weight and inches. but then, all thats left is my thigh fats and my belly fats and chest fats. in my upper body, i can already feel the muscles. and i dont have the time to do cardio exercises because i have work since morning until evening so i only follow a 25 minute video (T25) which helped me a lot. please do help me i am looking for advice badly. i dont have any money too so i dont think ill be able to pay. thanks.
