hi there, i have been given NORETHISTERONE to delay my period as I'm going on holiday on the soon. my period according to the doctor was due to start on the 7th so I am meant to start to take this drug today. Problem is i started spotting yesterday which i normally get for three to four days before my period starts and then it becomes very heavy for another 5 days, hence I don't want to deal with this on holiday. Will my period still be prevented if I take it now, even though spotting has started?
