hi,I've been having chest pain. it started on the left side then stopped and started on the right. now its just all over. when I lay in a certain position it goes away. its a sharp pain,but at the same time its sore to the touch. my arm and neck on the left side also goes numb and tingly sometimes. I have been to a hospital and everything came back clear and chest xray came back clear. I don't have the money to see a cardiologists due to my insurance being high,any information u could give me would help.
