hi..gud day..i 28 years old i had an ultrasound results it says that endometrium 0.84cm. thin, comments: endumetrium is isoechoic with regular endomyometrial junction., right ovary 2.80x 2.05x1.96cm, 10 follicles 1cm in size., left ovary 2.30x1.94x1.83cm, 10 follicles 1cm in size., cervix 3.24x2.12x1.71 intact endocervical canal. no free fluid cul de sac..

impression:
normal size retroverted uterine corpus. thin endometrium, normal size ovaries with immature follicles. no adnexal mass. unremarkable cervix..
please help me..what will i do coz my menstrual cycle is irregular..and i work hard to have a baby..thank you
