I constantly eat throughout the day and can't stop myself. I'm not fat at all, but when I start eating i head for the sweets and sugary foods. What can make me stop this constant eating habit so i don't become fat.

Hi Dear,
You have already mentioned that you are not fat even after continuing your habit of eating sweets. Since you are not putting on excess weight, due to your eating habit, there is absolutely nothing wrong in continuing with your eating habit and do not worry about over weight. If you give up this habit, may be you will become overweight. Eat what you like provided you can afford it. Later on in life when diseases set in you may not have a chance to enjoy this unrestricted indulgence in what you enjoy eating most.

O.k ...' Now you are only 16years age.... If you take plenty of sweets and frequency intaking of... food..,even your body not converting this to fat..... because ....Half of these..... calories convert to use in the growth of the body.. the remaing half utilized in active movements of body The growth of body will see up to 25 years.... After slowly goes down the growth rate...After adding of calories will utilize for bulkiness of the body...o.k. If you do like this..,habitually.... After long time ..definitively get weight of the body... o.k ....take care ....be slim for ever........good luck
