i am having a pain in the back of my neck from last 3 months. pain is also felt on top of the head to the front of the fore head and some tightness is felt on both the ears. feeling of vertigo is also felt. over all I feel heavyness in my head and back of neck pls advice

Hello, Thanks for your query. Neck pain treatment generally begins with conservative care in the form of pain medications, heat/ice therapy, and even physical therapy and muscle conditioning. If the patient is involved in some high-risk activities, perhaps certain types of recreational activities, impact-type activities, heavy weight-lifting, we might restrict them there.
