i am 20 years old having dizzy spells sometimes even when sitting not just getting up quick. not bad enough i cant stand except for just not hence why im on this site. it has been going on for about 5 days.
I have recently stopped my anti depressant about 2 to 3 weeks ago grandma thinks its related it was effexor i cant remember exact dosage but was above 200mg. I have high depression and personal problems would suggest anxiety a high probability from personal research. I have been eating well sleep has been suffering but been able to get atleast 4 -6 hours every night. i cant think of any more relevant information.
