i am a 58 year old female with 2 hernias, one in my left lower quandrant and one in my belly button,a torn abdominal wall where the left quadrant hernia is. The doctor will put a mesh there. i am scheduled for hernia repair and a mesh to repair the tear of one of the problem areas - but i have constant severe abdominal tenderness in several places, like my upper right side of stomach, right groin area and my left side. The doctor said he will do a full laproscopy diagnosis and repair. What will my recovery look like?
