I Am Having Upper Left Quadrant Pain That Hurts Through

i am having upper left quadrant pain that hurts through to my back it also hurts in the middle of my back its been several days now and it is still hurting. I had my gallbladder out in april 2015 and a hysterectomy in july 2015. I am diabetic and take 70 units of lantus at night before bed. I was have previously been on bydureon and victoza both made me very sick. my doctor recently took blood to check my pancreas but said my numbers were all normal. what could this be>?
