I Am In A Halo Due To A Bad Car

i am in a halo due to a bad car accident been in it since july 7th. two weeks ago i went to the dr and they told me that my c1 and c2 are completely healed. in your opinion can it come off tomorrow at my appointment. when i asked them 2 days ago to take it off because its loose and keeps popping and grinding into my skull they just kept giving me the run around so i would like a second opinion considering i have had a horrible experience with the hospital that i was in with their doctors and nurses
