I Am Very Active (top Producing Realtor). Heart Valve Replacement

i am very active (top producing Realtor). Heart valve replacement October 2014. 3 stents September 2015. I am diabetic (A1c now 6.5; 5/2" 175 lb. Double mastectomy 1999 (breast cancer) now with lymph edema in left arm. About 5 months ago my little and ring finger on left arm starting "curling" up on and off. It progressively got more often. About 2 months ago the same two fingers + my inside left arm starting going numb. They are now about 80% numb and getting worse. My General doctor had a "nerve test" done. That doctor thought it was my neck. However a nurologist said though the neck was deteriorating it definitely was NOT the neck. Unfortunately he didn't know what it was or how to resolve. It is really scaring me. My left are is progressively becoming weak also. I can't even clip my right nails now or zip up my winter boots with left hand. Items I pick up fall through my fingers. I can't feel the two fingers so it affects my typing. I am a very positive spiritual person. Prayer and faith have not prevailed so far. I am a female. HELP!
