i fell face first 2 weeks ago. i fractured the floor of the rt occipital bone and my rt kneecap. The black eye is slowly resolving but I have a lump right on the end of my eyebrow and on my right cheek directly under the center of my eye. is there anything I can do to reduce these lumps?
