i generally have low blood pressure or perfect blood pressure. I had a headache on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. i took apple cider vinegar and it stop it mostly. I became concerned so i checked my blood pressure at one of the machines in drugstore and it said it was 173/93. I don't know how accurate they are
