i had a ct scan can you explain what this mean? comparison findings: mild chronic interstitial changes are present in lung bases bilaterally.no abnormal lesion are identified, the cardiac size is normal.there are no abnormally enhaseing lesions in liver or the speen .the adrenal glands, pancreas and the kidney appers unremarkable. a nonobstructive calculus is present in the left kidney measuring 0.2cm. . the small bowel loops are normal in caliber. the colon appears unremarkable. no evidence of abnormal intramural thicking of colon.no evidence of mesenteriĉ or retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy. tiny nonspecific left periaortic lymph nodes are present. ct pelvis: postsurgial changes of hysterectomy. mild distention of the urinary bladder is present. no pelic masses are identified. no evidence of adnormal pelic lymphadenopathy. mild spondylotic changes of the lumbar spine are present. no sclerotic or lytic lesions in the lumbar spine. straightening of lumbar lordosis is present. impession: 1. a nonobstructive caclulus is present in the left kidney measuring 0.2cm no evidence of hydronephonephrosis. 2. no evidence of abnormal lymphadenopathy. tiny nonspecific mesentric and retroperitoneal lymph nodes are present. no evidence of colitis. 3. no intra-abdominal masses. surgical changes of hysterectomy. 4. mild spondylotic changes of the lumbar spine are present. no sclerotic or lytic lessions in the lumbar spine or pelvis. thank u kelli
