I Had A Glaucoma Valve Placed On 10/14. My Eye

i had a glaucoma valve placed on 10/14. My eye pressure is a little unstable and last checked 5 days ago was 28. I am taking azopt and brindolamide and methazolamide and just ended prednisolone. Although my vision has improved greatly since yesterday my eye has a dull pain 4/10 and is very sensitive to light. is this an emergent problem or can it wait until monday?
