I Had A Surgery For Cataract Surgery Last May 5,

i had a surgery for cataract surgery last may 5, 2016, while the surgeon is doing the procedure, the lenticular lens colapses or bursted and went to the back of my eye.. is the surgeon not careful enough while doing the surgery? did he checked my blood sugar level if its to high ? and if it is? he should have given me insulin on my IV drip.. coz i know if your blood sugar is high, the presure on your eyes is great. thats why while doing the oparation the lenticular lens bursted or maybe the surgeon is not carefull enough..... My question is? do you fell that there are negligence that the doctor did?

By the way, i was again subjected for another surgery after two day. Par plana vitrectomy... Noiw my vision is still blur and i can still see floater on my visual field. Its been 4 days now after vitrectomy but still my vision is blurry
.. my second question is. Does all this things arised from what the previour doctors mistake on my 1st cataract sugery?
