i had a virus a few weeks ago which ended in a chest infection which antibiotics cleared up. i had had a temperature on and off for over a week with bouts of aching muscles and ribs. Today i have suddenly painful skin on my stomach and back. its painful when my clothes touch it and feels like sandpaper rubbing on me. what is happening?
