I Have A Feeling Of Tingling In My Left Leg

i have a feeling of tingling in my left leg near the lower hip area. It feels quite warm to the touch. I had total shoulder replacement arthroplasty on August 15th and have been at home recuperating. I have been walking and took the anti-embolism stockings off after the second day. I have been sleeping in a recliner but not getting much sleep. I was on hydrocodone for two days after surgery but switched to a combination of Tylenol and Ibuprofen after that. The tingling is very uncomfortable but not severe pain. Any ideas? Thanks!
