i have a pain in my right arm between my elbow and shoulder. hurts mainly when i cough sneeze or take deep breaths. feels like it is a very sore muscle but has been like this for a week or two now and hasnt went away but gotten worse. i can hold my arm against my stomach or close to my body and it doesnt hurt as bad. almost feels like i have a cramp in it. i have a very bad cough now with alot of congestion that has a hard time releasing.
