I Have An 18 Year Old Daughter. We Dont Usually

i have an 18 year old daughter. We dont usually have any kind of fever even since early childhood. She started with a fever of 102.1 last night. Today it was 104.1 and took ibuprofen. The ibuprofen does bring it down. this last time before ibuprofen it was 104.2. Some dull pain on right side, but not so low as the appendix but does hurt some on her back near kidney. She had a UTI two weeks ago but doesnt complain of any symptoms of that and says her urine is clear. Her head hurts bad. Since it is late and the doctor is not in, does this warrant a visit to the emergency room to check her out?
