i have been diagnosed idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, but a symptomatic i am 24 yrs old i have taken deltacortif 5mg, 10tab per day for a month. during this perioid i went for multiple cbc at first my cbc showed improvement in platelets from 12000 to 37000 but now my last cbc report showed decrease to 22000.can you please guide me what should i do?
