I Have Been Eating Collard Greens Lately And I Know

i have been eating collard greens lately and i know they are healthy, they also cause bloating (im assuming because of natural sugars like raffinose) i know there are enzymes that can break that sugar down easier but i do not know what the enzyme is called and what foods can speed up the breakdown of raffinose. i would also be interested to know if there are any leafy vegetable substitutes rather than collard greens that i can use as the outer most part of my wrap meals that would not cause me to bloat.
