i have been having a pain in my left shoulder at the top tip of my shoulder blade. It has been going on for about a month. I went to the massage therapist and the chiropractor. It hasn't seemed to help, actually made it worse. now it hurts constantly and today it has had some pain down my arm. but no other symptoms except the area feels very sore and tender to the touch and I feel a knot in the area.
