I Have Developed Diabetes Since My Stem Cell Transplant For

i have developed diabetes since my stem cell transplant for leukemia. i have aml since 2014. transplant in june of this year. i was told the steroids and immune pills of tacrolimus and cell cept can cause this. it does not matter what i eat my blood sugar goes up just from eating anything at all. im taking insulin shots. it must be from the medication. it averages 260-350 after i eat anything. my sugar in the morning is between 120-150 fasting. is it ok to take insulin anytime my blood sugar is high or only before each meal. F/W 56 y.o. 5'5" 165 lbs.
