i have had vertigo for over a year brought on in aug 2015 by labrynthitis. A nuero otologist tested me and told me that i had lost 55% of my ability to balance in my left ear. After 5 months of physical therapy it subsided by jan 2016 and my nuero otologist said that i had regained all but 7% of my left ear balance. but the vertigo returned in june 2016 after very high mold and pollen counts and has been getting worse ever since. It seems to be exacerbated by allergies and high pollution days. i am currently taking meclyzine 25mg 3x p/d and its efficacy has diminished over time. the vertigo makes me feel quite tired by the end of the day and this fatigue continues to get worse as well, and my allergies are getting worse despite allergy shots for the last 3 years and allergy meds that were working up until i contracted the ear infection in aug 2015.
