I Have Puss Leaving The Gland On The Back Of

i have puss leaving the gland on the back of my tongue for the last 7 days , and I have been taking antibiotics also but the infection is still there, my doctor did a cat scan and she said I had an stone , but the stone never leave and I do not feel it. My doctor said it is better to go to the hospital and somebody else do another diagnostic for me.

what do you think it is the reason of the puss leaving the duct of the gland ?
